- Liaise with the Lessor’s solicitors for leases to be signed by all parties, including the collection of monies for stamp duty, registration fees and other disbursements payable under the lease
- Ensure documentation has been correctly executed and distributed, including stamping and registration and where appropriate, granting of Mortgagee’s Consent
- Keep all parties informed with the progress to ensure everyone is aware of their rights and responsibilities throughout the process
